1. Returns

 

 

Eligibility for a Return

 

  • You have 15 calendar days from the date you received your item to initiate a return.

  • To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, unwashed, and in the same condition that you received it.

  • Your item must be in the original packaging with all original tags and labels still attached.

  • You must have the receipt or proof of purchase.

 

Non-Returnable Items

 

The following items are ineligible for return:

  • Gift Cards

  • Final Sale/Clearance Items (unless defective)

  • Personalized or Custom-made Items

  • Intimate apparel or swimwear (for hygiene reasons)

 

How to Initiate a Return

 

  1. Contact Us: Please email our customer service team at support@noirelegance.shop with your Order Number and the reason for the return.

  2. Receive Authorization: Once your return is approved, we will provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and instructions on how to send back your item. Do not send your item back until you have received an RMA number.

  3. Ship the Item: Clearly write the RMA number on the outside of the package and mail your product to the return address provided in the instructions.


 

2. Refunds

 

 

Inspection and Notification

 

  • Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item.

  • We will immediately notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund after inspecting the item.

  • If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment.

     

 

Processing Time

 

  • You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer's policies (typically 5-10 business days).

     


 

3. Shipping Costs

 

 

Return Shipping

 

  • You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

  • If you receive a refund, the cost of original shipping will be deducted from your refund.

 

Defective or Incorrect Items

 

  • If the return is a result of our error (e.g., you received an incorrect or defective item), we will provide a pre-paid return shipping label and you will not be responsible for return shipping costs.


 

4. Exchanges

 

If you need to exchange an item for a different size or color, please follow the return process for the original item and place a new order for the desired item. This is the fastest way to ensure you get the product you want.
